Formby Kaitlin is a large, true purple formal decorative dahlia with strong, upright stems and exceptionally precise blooms. Introduced in 2004 by prolific Australian breeder George Harding, it can be difficult to find in North America because its tubers are tricky to store. It blooms later in the season, but the flowers are worth the wait.
