River’s Fran has deep, velvety red blooms that can look almost chocolate brown in certain light. The plant has been very healthy and full of blooms for us, with long, strong stems that make it a pleasure to cut. Hybridized by Eugene Kenyon of River’s Dahlias in Oregon.
